Rig is often used by U.S. nerds when they refer to their PC builds.
The summer of 2019 I needed a project. Building a PC seemed like a good idea. It was. My primary PC is a Zen 2500 CPU with a RTX 2060 GPU, and a MSI B450 TomHwk ATX, Team L5 LITE 480 GB SSD. I went cheap on the RAM, it's only 3000 but can upgrade to 3600.
Wanted to build a second and then crypto took my joy. Zen 5600G was suggested as a way to build without a GPU. It's fine for streaming video but can't handle Eve Online. No GPU, ASUS B550-F motherboard and G.Skill Trident Z 3600 RAM, Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB SSD.
Once the prices go down a bit more a 5600 will replace the 5600G and I'll add a RTX 3060 - this might be able to handle a 2nd screen for multi-boxing. Stay tuned!
